总览

EasySep™人ILC2富集试剂盒通过正选法，从新鲜的外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC) 或白细胞单采术样本中分离出高纯度的2型先天淋巴细胞（ILC2）。 通过使用抗体复合物和EasySep™ Releasable RapidSpheres™可解离磁珠的免疫磁珠正选来分选CRTH2+细胞。接着，结合在使用EasySep™分离的CRTH2+细胞上的磁珠被解离，并通过抗体复合物和EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™去除非ILC2细胞。最终分选后的细胞中含有高纯度的ILC2，可立即用于下游应用。使用该EasySep™试剂盒分选之后，细胞表面仍结合有抗体复合物，并可能与Brilliant Violet™偶联的抗体、聚乙二醇修饰的蛋白质或其他化学相关配体相互作用。

Starting with fresh leukapheresis samples, the ILC2 content (CD45+Lin- CRTH2+CD161+CD127+) of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 84 - 95%. In the above example, the purities of the start and final isolated fractions are 0.03% and 91% (gated on CD45), respectively.
