抗人、恒河猴、食蟹猴CD14的小鼠单克隆IgG2a抗体
M5E2抗体可识别CD14,这是一种分子量约53-55 kDa的GPI锚定跨膜糖蛋白,在外周血单核细胞和巨噬细胞表面高表达,在粒细胞中表达水平较低。单核细胞/巨噬细胞与粒细胞之间约10倍的表达差异使得CD14成为区分这两类细胞群的有效标志物。CD14也表达于组织的巨噬细胞、朗格汉斯细胞和树突状细胞。CD14作为脂多糖(LPS)与血清LPS结合蛋白复合物的高亲和力受体,通过与TLR4和MD-2形成共受体,来调节革兰氏阴性菌感染免疫应答中的LPS依赖性信号转导,进而触发NF-κB活化、细胞因子分泌及炎症反应诱导。此外,已报道的CD14可溶性形式包括约48 kDa和55 kDa两种。
