小鼠单克隆IgG1抗体,抗人CD34
581抗体可识别大多数人造血干祖细胞(HSPCs)以及间充质干细胞、胚胎成纤维细胞、内皮细胞、神经元和某些肿瘤细胞系表面表达的1型跨膜糖蛋白CD34。CD34仅在造血过程中短暂表达,因此CD34+细胞在骨髓或脐带血中的频率较低(~1 - 5%),在外周血中的频率极低(~0.1 - 0.5%)。CD34是一种用于鉴定和分选具有细胞植入能力的造血干细胞的标志物。CD34被认为在早期造血过程中介导干细胞与骨髓细胞外基质或直接与基质细胞的附着,并通过结合配体L-和E-选择素参与淋巴细胞募集。CD34的表位基于对酶裂解的敏感性可分成不同的表位组,581抗体识别III类表位(对神经氨酸酶和O-糖蛋白酶具有抗性)。
