抗人、黑猩猩CD19的小鼠单克隆IgG1抗体
HIB19抗体靶向CD19,这是一种约95 kDa的I型跨膜糖蛋白,在所有发育阶段的B细胞表面均有表达(从前B细胞到浆细胞)。其表达量在终末分化的浆细胞中下调但仍持续存在。CD19也表达于滤泡树突状细胞。通过与CD21和CD81形成复合物,CD19作为B细胞受体的共受体参与B细胞活化与分化。CD19的激活伴随其胞内域磷酸化,进而招募激酶并诱导下游信号通路。CD19基因突变可导致严重免疫缺陷综合征。
