architect™tracrRNA是一种反式激活CRISPR RNA (crRNA)，是制作CRISPR- cas9基因组编辑向导RNA （gRNA）所需的两种RNA成分之一。architect™tracrRNA包含一个与architect™crRNA中的连接子序列互补的序列，允许快速有效的gRNA双工形成。architect™tracrRNA被所有的architect™Cas9核酸酶识别，是核糖核蛋白（RNP）复合物形成所必需的。它在前两个5‘和3’末端残基上含有2'- o -甲基和磷硫酸修饰，以获得最佳的稳定性和编辑效率。
