ArciTect™ tracrRNA 是一种反式激活 CRISPR RNA（crRNA），是构建 CRISPR-Cas9 基因编辑所需的两种 RNA 组件之一，用于生成guide RNA（gRNA）。ArciTect™ tracrRNA 含有与 ArciTect™ crRNA 中连接序列互补的序列，能够快速高效地形成 gRNA 双链结构。ArciTect™ tracrRNA 可被所有 ArciTect™ Cas9 核酸酶识别，是形成核糖核蛋白（RNP）复合物的关键成分。其在 5' 和 3' 末端的前两个残基上经过 2'-O-甲基化和硫代磷酸酯修饰，以增强稳定性和编辑效率。

ArciTect™ tracrRNA 试剂盒包含 tracrRNA 以及 ArciTect™ 退火缓冲液（5X），后者用于 ArciTect™ tracrRNA 与 ArciTect™ crRNA 之间的 gRNA 双链构建。ArciTect™ crRNA 可根据用户指定的目标序列定制订购，提供 2 nmol（产品号 76010）、10 nmol（产品号 76011）和 20 nmol（产品号 76012）规格。ArciTect™ Cas9 核酸酶也可单独购买（产品号 76001）。
