白细胞介素4,不含动物成分
人白细胞介素4(IL-4)对蠕虫感染的免疫反应以及过敏反应至关重要(Olpihant et al.)。IL-4受体由IL-4Ra异二聚体和共同的γ链组成。IL-4受体结合可激活JAK1/3并募集STAT6和IRS1/2(Nelms et al.)。IL-4驱动B细胞免疫球蛋白类别转换(IgG4转换为 IgE、IgG4)、肥大细胞增生、粘液产生以及naïve T细胞分化为辅助性T细胞2(Th2),后者可产生IL-4、 IL-5、 IL-10和IL-13 (Bao et al.; Olpihant et al.; Nelms et al.)。除Th2 T细胞外,IL-4还可由CD4+ NK T细胞、γ/δ T细胞、活化的嗜碱性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和肥大细胞产生。IL-4由130个氨基酸组成,预计分子量为15.1 kDa。人IL-4不与小鼠细胞发生交叉反应(Park et al.)。本产品不含动物成分。

(A) The biological activity of Human Recombinant IL-4, ACF was tested by its ability to promote the proliferation of TF-1 cells. Cell proliferation was measured after 72 hours of culture using a fluorometric assay method. The EC50 is defined as the effective concentration of the cytokine at which cell proliferation is at 50% of maximum. The EC50 in the example above is 0.2 ng/mL. (B) 1 μg of Human Recombinant IL-4, ACF was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (+) and non-reducing (-) conditions and visualized by Coomassie Blue staining.
