Start your mesenchymal cultures confidently with high-quality, ready-to-use Human iPSC-Derived Mesenchymal Progenitor Cells (MPCs). These cryopreserved multipotent progenitor cells are differentiated from the human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) control line,
SCTi003-A, derived from healthy female donor peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Ready to use directly from thawing, MPCs are multipotent and can be reliably cultured and differentiated using our
MesenCult™ media line. The MPCs readily differentiate into cells of the mesenchymal lineage, such as adipocytes (
MesenCult™ Adipogenic Differentiation Kit [Human]), osteoblasts (
MesenCult™ Osteogenic Differentiation Kit [Human]), and chondrocytes (
MesenCult™ Chondrogenic Differentiation Kit [Human]).
To ensure high quality, Human iPSC-Derived MPCs were differentiated from SCTi003-A cells using
STEMdiff™ Mesenchymal Progenitor Kit. The resultant MPCs express high levels of mesenchymal cell markers, such as CD73, CD90, and CD105, and are capable of long-term expansion when cultured with
MesenCult™-ACF Plus Medium (also included in
MesenCult™-ACF Plus Culture Kit). The MPCs may also be cryopreserved for storage using
MesenCult™-ACF Freezing Medium, allowing for flexibility in your workflow. MPCs, as well as the adipogenic, osteogenic, and chondrogenic cells generated from them, can be used for studying regenerative medicine development, drug discovery, and disease modeling.
