抗人、恒河猴、食蟹猴CD11b的小鼠单克隆IgG1抗体
ICRF44抗体与细胞外表位CD11b(整合素αM)反应,CD11b是一种约170 kDa的1型跨膜糖蛋白,与CD18非共价结合形成异二聚体Mac-1受体。Mac-1通过与ICAM-1 (CD54)、ICAM-2 (CD102)、ICAM-4 (CD242)、iC3b、肝素和纤维蛋白原等配体的相互作用,影响多个过程,包括中性粒细胞和单核细胞粘附于受刺激的内皮细胞,以及吞噬补体包被的颗粒。CD11b表达于粒细胞、单核细胞、NK细胞、树突状细胞、组织巨噬细胞以及T细胞和B细胞亚群的表面,并被用作区分naïve和记忆CD8+ T细胞的标志物。CD11b是一个相对较晚的髓系分化标志物,在大多数髓系造血祖细胞和更初始的细胞中检测不到。CD11b的某些突变会引起系统性红斑狼疮。研究发现,ICRF44抗体可抑制趋化因子fMLP引起的白细胞聚集。该抗体克隆已验证可用于使用EasySep™试剂盒(包括EasySep™人单核细胞富集试剂盒(产品号 #19059))分离的细胞的纯度评估验证,以及标记通过MesenCult™增殖试剂盒(人;产品号 #05411)培养的人间充质细胞。
