MOPC-21抗体(IgG1, kappa)适合作为同型匹配对照抗体在多种应用中用于估计抗原特异性抗体的非特异性结合程度。理想情况下,同型对照应与所使用的特异性抗体具有相同的重链(IgA、IgD、IgE、IgG或IgM)和轻链(kappa或lambda)亚类。如果使用偶联抗体,则应选择与相同分子(如荧光染料)偶联的同型对照物。使用适当的同型对照有助于确认抗原特异性抗体的特异性,并指出与Fc受体或其他细胞成分结合可能导致的非特异性结合。
