43A3抗体与CD105(内皮糖蛋白)反应,CD105是一种~180kDa的细胞表面糖蛋白,是由分子量约为90 kDa的I型跨膜亚基组成的二硫键同型二聚体。CD105是TGF-β受体复合物的一个组成部分,在血管内皮平滑肌细胞、胎盘的合体滋养细胞和活化的巨噬细胞中表达,在基质成纤维细胞中表达水平相对较低。在某些类型的肿瘤中也可以观察到它的表达,并且在血管生成过程中内皮细胞的CD105表达水平上调。CD105与信号受体协同作用,高亲和力结合TGF-β1和TGF-β3,但不结合TGF-β2。研究发现,其他配体包括活化素A、BMP-2和BMP-7。CD105在血管生成、心血管发育和血管重塑中发挥重要作用,该蛋白通过调节黏着斑和细胞迁移位点,在细胞骨架重组中发挥调控作用。CD105的某些突变会导致常染色体显性遗传病-遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症。该抗体克隆已验证可用于标记在MesenCult™增殖试剂盒(人;产品号 #05411)和MesenCult™-XF培养基(产品号#05420)中培养的人间充质细胞。
