概述

C1.18.4抗体（IgG2a, kappa）适合作为同型匹配对照抗体在几种应用中用于估计抗原特异性抗体的非特异性结合程度。理想情况下，同型对照的重链（IgA、IgD、IgE、IgG或IgM）和轻链（kappa或lambda）的亚类应与所使用的特异性抗体相同。如果采用偶联抗体，则应选择与相同分子（如荧光染料）偶联的同型对照。使用适当的同型对照有助于确认抗原特异性抗体的特异性，并指出与Fc受体或其他细胞成分结合可能导致的非特异性结合。

该抗体克隆已被证实可作为同型对照抗体，用于流式细胞术等应用中评估与细胞的非特异性结合。
