总览
使用透明质酸酶水解结缔组织中的透明质酸。这种多糖酶常与其他蛋白酶（如胶原酶）配合使用，可将透明质酸以及硫酸软骨素A和C中的内-N-乙酰己糖胺键裂解为四糖残基。透明质酸酶由一条包含450个氨基酸残基并带有四个二硫键的单链多肽组成，且已糖基化，含有5%甘露糖和2.17%氨基葡萄糖（Borders & Raftery）。
