总览
转化生长因子（TGF）β3是TGF-β超家族的成员，可调节多种细胞表型。TGF-β3与丝氨酸-苏氨酸激酶 I 型和 II 型受体结合，并通过SMAD2/3蛋白激活信号转导，从而调节多种功能，包括细胞增殖、分化、伤口愈合、凋亡和代谢（Massagué；McDowell等）。TGF-β3可促进间充质基质细胞产生糖胺聚糖，刺激无疤痕愈合，并改善葡萄糖耐受性和脂肪细胞形态的表型变化（Hall等；Holton等）。TGF-β3可诱导后额缝隙来源的间充质干细胞增殖，并刺激成纤维细胞生长因子2和18的表达（James等）。本产品不含动物成分。
