粒细胞集落刺激因子 (G-CSF) 是CSF糖蛋白家族的成员,负责调节造血细胞的增殖、分化和功能。它是参与中性粒细胞生成和刺激造血祖细胞形成粒细胞集落的关键细胞因子(Metcalf & Nicola)。G-CSF可引起一系列效应,包括短暂性降低SDF-1表达(Petit et al.)、激活裂解VCAM-1的金属蛋白酶(Levesque et al.),以及从交感神经系统释放去甲肾上腺素(Katayama et al.),导致造血干细胞从骨髓释放或动员到外周。G-CSF受体在多种造血细胞上表达,包括髓系祖细胞、中性粒细胞、粒细胞和单核细胞。除造血细胞外,G-CSF也在心肌细胞、神经元细胞、间皮细胞和内皮细胞中表达。G-CSF与其受体结合可激活JAK/STAT、MAPK、PI3K和AKT信号转导通路。本产品不含动物成分。

(A) The biological activity of Human Recombinant G-CSF, ACF was tested by its ability to promote the proliferation of mouse NFS-60 cells. Cell proliferation was measured using a fluorometric assay method. The EC50 is defined as the effective concentration of the cytokine at which cell proliferation is at 50% of maximum. The EC50 in the example above is 0.053 ng/mL. (B) 1 μg of Human Recombinant G-CSF, ACF was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (+) and non-reducing (-) conditions and visualized by Coomassie Blue staining. Human Recombinant G-CSF, ACF has a predicted molecular mass of 18.8 kDa.
