总览

GloCell™可固定活性染料 Violet 510是一种荧光染料，适用于在流式细胞术等应用中对哺乳动物活细胞与死细胞进行染色。该染料可不可逆地结合细胞内及细胞表面的胺基，可在细胞固定、通透处理或冷冻保存之前使用。细胞膜完整性受损的细胞会允许 GloCell™ 染料进入，从而在细胞活性检测中表现出高于活细胞的荧光信号。

GloCell™可固定活性染料 Violet 510可被 405 nm 的紫色激光激发，最大荧光发射波长为 510 nm，可使用用于检测 AmCyan 的 525/50带通滤光片进行检测。
