GloCell™ 可固定活力染料 UV 450 是一种荧光细胞活力染料，用于流式细胞术等应用中活/死哺乳动物细胞的染色。该染料不可逆地结合细胞内和细胞表面胺基团，可在固定、渗透或冷冻保存前使用。质膜受损的细胞对GloCell™ 染料具有通透性，因此在细胞活力检测中会比活细胞发出更强的荧光。

GloCell™ 可固定活力染料 UV 450 由波长为 355 nm 的紫外激光激发，其荧光发射最大值为 450 nm，可使用用于检测DAPI、Hoechst 33258等 的450/50 带通滤光片检测。
