总览

SHIP2是一种分子量为145 kDa的SHIP相关蛋白,在造血系统和非造血系统细胞中均有表达。与含有SH2结构域的肌醇磷酸酶(SHIP)一样,在细胞因子、生长因子、趋化因子和免疫受体的刺激下,SHIP2被酪氨酸磷酸化并与适配蛋白Shc结合。该蛋白通过水解磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)产生的关键第二信使PI-3,4,5-P3(PIP3)生成PI-3,4-P2,从而负向调控PI3K信号通路。该抗体可特异性识别小鼠和人源全长145 kDa的SHIP2蛋白。
