小鼠单克隆IgG1抗体,抗小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠CD90/CD90.1
OX-7抗体识别大鼠CD90 (Thy-1)和小鼠CD90.1 (Thy-1.1),后者是小鼠品系AKR/J、PL和FVB/N表达的CD90等位形式。OX-7抗体不能识别CD90.2(在许多小鼠品系中表达,包括CBA和BALB/c)。CD90是一种GPI连接的膜糖蛋白,是免疫球蛋白超家族的成员。25 kDa的核心蛋白在三个位点被N-糖基化,产生分子量范围在25 - 37 kDa的分子。在大鼠中,CD90在多种细胞类型中表达,包括造血干细胞、未成熟B细胞、胸腺细胞和神经元。在表达CD90.1的小鼠品系中,在骨髓的早期造血细胞、胸腺细胞和循环成熟T细胞中皆发现了CD90.1。OX-7抗体据报导可诱导白细胞活化、肾小球肾炎、肾小球系膜细胞凋亡和血管通透性。
