抗小鼠IFN-gamma的大鼠单克隆IgG1抗体
XMG1.2抗体与小鼠干扰素γ (IFN-γ)发生反应,IFN-γ是一种糖基化的II型干扰素,其活性形式包含约20 kDa亚基的同型二聚体。IFN‑γ 主要由活化的 T 淋巴细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞在抗原刺激下产生,这些抗原可包括同种异体抗原、有丝分裂原及肠毒素等。IFN-γ与IFN-γ受体的α亚基具有高亲和力结合,导致配体诱导的四聚体α2β2受体复合物的组装,该复合物能够通过激活JAK-STAT途径介导细胞对细胞因子的反应。IFN-γ受体在所有有核细胞表面表达。IFN-γ在多种生物过程中发挥重要功能,包括巨噬细胞活化,介导对病毒和细菌的免疫反应,以及调节细胞增殖和凋亡。当与适当的二抗配对时,XMG1.2抗体适用于流式细胞术等方法检测细胞内IFN-γ。XMG1.2抗体也被广泛用于各种检测中,以中和IFN-γ的功能活性。
