总览

HI100抗体可特异性识别CD45的CD45RA异构体上的细胞外表位。CD45是一种I型跨膜糖蛋白,属于蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶家族(受体1/6亚家族)。编码CD45胞外RA、RB和RC多肽的外显子4、5和6发生可变剪接,产生几种分子量为180 - 240 kDa的同种异构体。切除外显子4可产生分子量约为220 kDa的CD45RA亚型,该亚型在naïve T细胞、B细胞和单核细胞亚群以及骨髓胸腺细胞中表达。CD45RA通过T细胞受体和B细胞受体增强信号传导。HI100抗体通常与抗CD45RO异构体的抗体联合使用,以区分naïve T细胞和记忆T细胞,并可用于识别CD4+淋巴细胞中的抑制/诱导亚群。CD45RA+ T细胞的比例通常随着年龄的增长而下降。
