总览
使用无动物成分（ACF）的大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂灭活胰蛋白酶。该胰蛋白酶抑制剂由一条带有两个二硫键的多肽链组成。它能够在较小程度上抑制糜蛋白酶，但对猪弹性蛋白酶的酯水解、蛋白水解或弹性蛋白酶水解活性无效（Vered et al.）。ACF的大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂也被证明能抑制人和牛的凝血酶、纤溶酶和白细胞蛋白酶。
