酶法细胞解离试剂
总览
使用胰蛋白酶- EDTA（0.25%）将贴壁细胞、细胞聚集体和组织酶解成单细胞悬浮液。EDTA削弱细胞间的粘附，从而提高胰蛋白酶对靶向肽键的水解效率，并增强粘附细胞的脱离。我们也有较低浓度胰蛋白酶- EDTA(0.05%；产品号# 07910)，适用于需要更温和解离的应用。
