概述

GloCell™Fixable Viability Dye Violet 540是一种荧光细胞活力染料,用于流式细胞术等应用中染色活/死哺乳动物细胞。染料不可逆地结合细胞内和细胞表面胺基团,可以在固定,渗透或冷冻保存之前使用。细胞膜受损的细胞可以渗透到GloCell™染料中,在细胞活力测定中,与活细胞相比,产生更大的荧光。
