概述
Reliably and rapidly scale up your 3D cell cultures with the PBS-MINI 0.1 or 0.5 MAG Single-Use Vessel with Bottom Port, for use with the PBS-MINI MagDrive Bioreactor. When the bioreactor’s agitation is switched off, cells or aggregates will settle to the bottom of the vessel. The equipped bottom port and tubing facilitate easy access to the vessel’s contents, allowing cells and media to be drained directly from the bottom of the vessel. Alternatively, cells or aggregates may be harvested from the top using a serological pipette (e.g. Falcon® Serological Pipettes). These disposable vessels are animal component-free and meet the requirements for USP Class VI Testing for Plastics <88> and ISO 10993. This product is for Research Use Only.
