总览
通过免疫磁珠负选从外周血单核细胞（PB）中分离人原代CD8+CD45RA+ T细胞。PB采集过程中添加酸-柠檬酸-葡萄糖溶液A作为抗凝剂（ACDA）。CD8和CD45RA在naïve CD8+ T细胞上共表达。
细胞采集均通过机构审查委员会（IRB）批准的知情同意书及方案进行。
