EasySep™  非人灵长类CD8+ T细胞分选试剂盒旨在通过免疫磁珠负选从新鲜或冻存的外周血单个核细胞中分选CD8+ T细胞。EasySep™ 操作流程包括通过抗体复合物和磁珠标记非目的细胞。通过EasySep™磁极将被磁珠标记的细胞与未被标记的目的细胞分离，目的细胞被简单的倾倒或移液吸取至新试管中。

该试剂盒已被验证可用于恒河猴和食蟹猴。
