使用EasySep™人HLA-DR正选和去除试剂盒，通过抗体和磁珠标记HLA-DR+细胞。随后细胞通过EasySep™磁极，无需分离柱得到分离。标记的细胞被保留在管中，而未被标记的细胞被倾倒出。根据您的研究需要，这部分细胞可被保留部分用于下游其他应用。

Starting with washed or lysed leukopheresis samples, the HLA-DR cell content of the isolated fraction is typically 91.9 ± 6.4% after positive selection and 2.0 ± 1.8% after depletion (mean ± SD using the EasySep™ Magnet). In the above example, the frequencies of HLA-DR+ cells in the start, final isolated, and final depleted fractions are 50.7%, 96.0%, and 1.0%, respectively.
