概述
DECMA-1抗体识别e -钙粘蛋白，一种钙依赖性跨膜糖蛋白，参与细胞-细胞粘附、细菌发病和肿瘤侵袭。e -钙粘蛋白的细胞外区域由多个钙粘蛋白重复序列组成，这些重复序列含有钙结合基序。据报道，E-cadherin的细胞质结构域与一系列细胞内蛋白相互作用，包括erbin、ezrin、caspase-3、caspase-8、β-catenin、早老素1和酪蛋白激酶II。e -钙粘蛋白在大多数上皮细胞和红系细胞中表达。E-cadherin抗体经常被用作中和抗体来抑制E-cadherin介导的细胞间相互作用。
