总览

HIT2抗体识别CD38，CD38是一种~45 kDa的II型跨膜糖蛋白，在许多细胞类型特别是白细胞上表达。CD38是一种具有环化酶和水解酶活性的外切酶（ADP-核糖基水解酶），介导淋巴细胞的活化、粘附和代谢。CD31是该受体的一种已知配体。在人体中，CD38在大多数造血细胞上表达，其表达水平根据细胞的分化和激活状态而变化。CD38在活化的T细胞、B细胞和浆细胞上高表达，在一些组织包括脑、肾、肝、卵巢、胰腺、胎盘、睾丸和某些类型的癌组织中也有高水平的表达。

该抗体克隆已被验证可用于评估EasySep™试剂盒（包括EasySep™人CD138正选试剂盒II（产品号 #17877）和EasySep™人全血和骨髓CD138正选试剂盒II（产品号 #17887））分选的细胞纯度。
