总览
配合EasySep™细胞分离技术使用，脾脏解离培养基可最大限度提高从小鼠脾脏中回收树突状细胞的效率。该酶法解离培养基含有胶原酶，脱氧核糖核酸酶和胎牛血清（FBS），并已优化，以最大限度地提高分离脾脏树突状细胞的活力。每管 4 mL，可用于处理多达两只小鼠的脾脏组织。
