总览
诺考达唑（Nocodazole）是一种抗有丝分裂剂，可逆地干扰微管的聚合
（De Brabander et al.）。诺可唑与β-微管蛋白结合，干扰微管的聚集/分解动力学，在细胞分裂周期中损害中期纺锤体的形成。这可通过诱导G2/ M期阻滞来阻止有丝分裂，并诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡（Jordan et al.）。
