微管聚合抑制剂;抑制β-微管蛋白
诺考达唑(Nocodazole)是一种抗有丝分裂剂,可逆地干扰微管的聚合
(De Brabander et al.)。诺可唑与β-微管蛋白结合,干扰微管的聚集/分解动力学,在细胞分裂周期中损害中期纺锤体的形成。这可通过诱导G2/ M期阻滞来阻止有丝分裂,并诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡(Jordan et al.)。
