概述

该检测基于夹心ELISA方法，将样品添加到涂有免疫球蛋白特异性捕获抗体的ELISA板上。捕获的免疫球蛋白通过添加生物素化检测抗体进行检测，然后添加链霉亲和素碱性磷酸酶（SA-ALP），该酶与生物素化抗体结合。添加显色酶底物对硝基苯基磷酸（pNPP）可得到着色产物，其强度与样品中免疫球蛋白的浓度成正比。免疫球蛋白的浓度是通过与平行分析的免疫球蛋白标准品的连续稀释度进行比较来确定的。
注意：该试剂盒包括足够的试剂6 × 96孔ELISA板（目录#38019）。ELISA板和pNPP底物（目录#01917）需要与小鼠IgM ELISA抗体对试剂盒一起使用，并可单独购买。
