概述
pNPP（对硝基苯基磷酸）是碱性磷酸酶（ALP）的显色底物，广泛用于ELISA检测。pNPP ELISA底物与STEMCELL的ELISA抗体对试剂盒一起使用，并在二乙醇胺缓冲液中以即用型格式提供。pNPP ELISA底物与ALP反应生成黄色水溶性产物，吸光度在405 nm处可读取。
