概述
Use MegaCult™-C Double Chamber Slides for performing colony assays in collagen gels to detect hematopoietic progenitor cells.
Available either individually, or as part of the Double Chamber Slide Kit (Catalog #04963), the slides are compatible with MegaCult™-C and other collagen-based media. The chamber slide system allows for culture, fixation, and immunocytochemical staining of hematopoietic colony assays to be performed on the same slide.
Filter Cards and Spacers (Catalog #04911) are needed for the dehydration of collagen-based gels following culture are also available for separate purchase.
