概述

人泛干扰素-α (IFN-α)酶联免疫吸附测定试剂盒是专为定量检测和测量人干扰素-α在生物液体，如血清，血浆和细胞培养上清。IFN-α主要由病毒感染引起的巨噬细胞产生，并激活靶细胞的抗病毒和免疫调节活性。IFN-α以多种亚型分泌；该试剂盒适用于1/13、2、4、5、6、7、8、10、14、16和17亚型。

该检测基于夹心ELISA方法，将样品添加到酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）带材板上，该带材板上预先涂有捕获的细胞因子特异性抗体。捕获的细胞因子通过添加生物素化的检测抗体来检测，然后添加链霉亲和素-辣根过氧化物酶，该酶与生物素化的抗体结合。添加显色酶底物3,3 ‘,5,5 ’四甲基联苯胺（TMB）可得到着色产物，其强度与样品中细胞因子的浓度成正比。细胞因子的浓度是通过与平行分析的细胞因子标准品的连续稀释进行比较来确定的。

• Recovery: A mid-curve recovery of 92 - 123% was determined by spiking defined amounts of analyte standard into serum or plasma samples in repeated experiments.
• Precision: The intra-assay precision of this assay is 3.7% (CV). The inter-assay precision of this assay is 10.0% (CV).
