Diluent for ELISA samples, standards, and detection antibodies
概述
ELISA Diluent is intended for dilution of samples, standards, and detection antibodies in ELISA assays. By preventing the cross-linking of heterophilic antibodies, ELISA Diluent minimizes interference and false-positive signals in ELISA reactions. ELISA Diluent is required for use with the Human IgE ELISA Antibody Pair Kit (Catalog #01993) when serum or plasma samples are used.
NOTE: Do not use ELISA Diluent for dilution of streptavidin conjugates.
