概述
ELISA稀释剂用于稀释ELISA测定中的样品、标准品和检测抗体。通过防止异亲性抗体的交联，ELISA稀释剂最大限度地减少了ELISA反应中的干扰和假阳性信号。当使用血清或血浆样品时，需要与人IgE ELISA抗体对试剂盒（目录#01993）一起使用ELISA稀释剂。
注意：不要使用ELISA稀释剂稀释链霉亲和素缀合物。
