概述

EasySep™Release Human APC阳性选择试剂盒旨在通过免疫磁阳性选择从新鲜或先前冷冻的外周血单个核细胞或洗净的白细胞取样中分离带有APC偶联抗体的细胞。

用抗体和磁性颗粒标记所需细胞，并使用EasySep™磁铁无柱分离。不需要的细胞被简单地倒出，而需要的细胞留在管中。然后，从EasySep™分离的apc抗体标记的细胞中去除结合的磁性颗粒，这些细胞立即可用于下游应用。使用EasySep™释放试剂盒分离细胞后，抗体复合物仍与细胞表面结合，并可能与Brilliant Violet™抗体偶联物、聚乙二醇修饰蛋白或其他化学相关配体相互作用。
