总览
使用EasySep™人EGFR正选试剂盒，可在短至15分钟内从新鲜或冻存的人外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）、白细胞单采术样本或细胞培养样本中高效分选表达表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）的细胞。分选后的细胞可立即用于下游应用，例如流式细胞术、培养或DNA/RNA 提取。
使用EasySep™免疫磁珠分选技术，EGFR+细胞通过抗体和磁珠标记，无需分离柱即可实现分选。被标记的细胞保留在试管中，而未被标记的细胞可被倾倒出。根据您的研究目的，未被标记的细胞也可用于下游应用。
本试剂盒可识别 EGFR，该受体属于ErbB家族酪氨酸激酶受体（RTK），表达于循环肿瘤细胞（CTCs）、巨噬细胞、单核细胞、浆细胞及特定T细胞亚群（如效应CD4+ T细胞和表达FoxP3的调节性CD4+ T细胞（Tregs）表面 （Sabbah DA et al. Curr Top Med Chem, 2020；MacDonald F& Zaiss DMW Front Pharmacol, 2017）。
