概述
使用EasySep™人EGFR正选试剂盒，可在短至15分钟内从新鲜或冻存的人外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)、白细胞单采或细胞培养样本中高效分选表达表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的细胞。分选后的细胞可立即用于下游应用，例如流式细胞术、培养或DNA/RNA 提取。使用免疫磁珠EasySep™技术，EGFR+细胞通过抗体和磁珠标记，无需分选柱即可实现分选。标记的细胞保留在试管中，而未被标记的细胞可被倾倒出。根据您的研究目的，未被标记的细胞也
