概述

Options include cancer-sourced whole blood, one-tenth leukopaks, and custom-isolated frozen products such as plasma and serum. Cancer-sourced leukopaks are an enriched leukapheresis product consisting of a large number of single-donor MNCs. All fresh and frozen peripheral blood products are obtained from donors diagnosed with a solid tumor cancer using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols. Additional documentation to meet institutional requirements is available upon request. Sodium heparin (Na-Hep), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), or acid-citrate-dextrose solution A (ACDA) is added during collection as an anticoagulant.
