总览

使用 Corning® CoolCell® LX 细胞冷冻容器，可在不使用酒精的情况下，实现大多数细胞类型的标准化冷冻。该容器通过结合固态核心，径向小瓶对称和均匀密度，交联聚乙烯泡沫实现一致的冷冻曲线。聚乙烯泡沫为不吸水材质，对冷冻环境的影响可以忽略不计，并保护附近的样本。使用Corning®CoolCell®LX在-80°C冷冻器中，以-1°C/分钟的速率实现可重复冷冻，这是大多数细胞和细胞系冷冻保存的理想选择。每个冷冻容器可容纳12支标准的1 - 2 mL冷冻管。
