总览

281-2抗体可与小鼠CD138（Syndecan-1）核心蛋白上的胞外表位发生反应。Syndecan-1是一种分子量约为60-100 kDa的1型跨膜糖蛋白，表达于前B细胞、未成熟B细胞以及正常和恶性浆细胞（但不表达于成熟的循环B细胞）的表面。CD138也表达于非造血细胞，例如胚胎间充质细胞、内皮细胞、上皮细胞和神经细胞。CD138被认为主要作为一种受体，通过将细胞外基质连接到细胞骨架来调节细胞增殖、细胞迁移和细胞基质结合。CD138上附着的硫酸肝素和硫酸软骨素部分可与多种蛋白质结合，包括胶原蛋白、纤连蛋白、肌腱蛋白、血小板反应蛋白和某些细胞因子。
