抗人、小鼠、恒河猴CD11b的大鼠单克隆IgG2b抗体
M1/70抗体可特异性识别CD11b,CD11b是一种分子量约170 kDa的1型跨膜糖蛋白,与CD18非共价结合形成异二聚体Mac-1受体。Mac-1通过结合ICAM-1(CD54)、ICAM-2(CD102)、ICAM-4(CD242)、iC3b和纤维蛋白原等配体,在多个过程中发挥作用,包括介导中性粒细胞/单核细胞与活化内皮细胞的粘附以及促进补体包被颗粒的吞噬作用。CD11b表达于粒细胞、单核细胞、NK细胞、树突状细胞、组织巨噬细胞以及T细胞和B细胞亚群的表面,并被用作区分naïve CD8+ T细胞和记忆CD8+ T细胞的标志物。CD11b是一个相对较晚的髓系分化标志物,在大多数髓系单核细胞造血祖细胞和更初始的细胞中检测不到。研究发现,M1/70抗体可抑制iC3b与Mac-1的结合。该抗体克隆已验证可用于通过EasySep™试剂盒(包括EasySep™小鼠单核细胞分选试剂盒,产品号 #19861)分离的细胞的纯度检测。
