总览

该单克隆抗体可与TRA-1-81上的碳水化合物表位发生反应。TRA-1-81是一种高分子量（> 200 kDa）糖蛋白，表达于人类胚胎癌（EC）、胚胎生殖细胞（EG）、胚胎干细胞（ES）和诱导多能干细胞（iPS），以及恒河猴和大鼠ES细胞系的表面。在小鼠EC、EG、ES或iPS细胞中未观察到免疫反应。TRA-1-81抗体的表位与一种名为足糖萼蛋白（Podocalyxin）的硫酸化角质蛋白跨膜蛋白结合，该蛋白对神经氨酸酶治疗具有抗性。
