该兔多克隆抗体可识别人、小鼠和大鼠的T-box brain 1(TBR1),TBR1是一种高表达并参与人类发育的转录因子;T-box基因突变与发育障碍以及某些癌症的发生有关。该多克隆抗体可用于需要检测TBR1的应用,如ELISA、western blot(WB)、免疫组织化学(IHC)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)和免疫荧光(IF)。该抗体克隆已被验证可用于标记STEMdiff™脑类器官试剂盒(产品号 #08570)和STEMdiff™脑类器官成熟试剂盒(产品号 #08571)生成的hPSC衍生的脑类器官中TBR1阳性的皮质神经元。T-box转录因子包含五个亚家族,其中TBR1蛋白家族主要通过作为转录和抑制因子的T-box蛋白来调控大脑发育。具体而言,TBR1在大脑发育中的功能主要是通过胚胎和成体大脑中神经干细胞(NSCs)的分化来调控。从结构上讲,T-box转录因子包含一个保守的DNA结合域,称为T-box结构域,跨越180-200个氨基酸残基来结合DNA。以TBR1缺陷小鼠为模型的研究发现,其额叶皮层和第6层分化存在缺陷。

Fixed and cryosectioned samples were antigen retrieved and then labeled with Anti-Human TBR1 Antibody, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Antibody, Polyclonal, iFluor™ 488 (green) (Catalog #100-1082).
