兔多克隆抗体,抗人SATB2
兔多克隆 SATB2 抗体可识别一种特殊的富 AT 区 DNA 结合蛋白,属于 SAT 家族的新型小分子转录因子。SATB2 通过结合核基质附着区(MAR)调控多个基因的转录,从而发挥功能。该抗体适用于检测 SATB2 的应用,包括免疫细胞化学(ICC)和免疫荧光(IF)。已验证该抗体可用于标记由 STEMdiff™ 脑类器官试剂盒(产品号 #08570)和 STEMdiff™ 脑类器官成熟试剂盒(产品号 #08571)生成的 hPSC 衍生脑类器官中的 SATB2 阳性皮质神经元。
SATB2 还参与调控染色质的组织特异性结构。作为多个基因调控网络的关键调节因子,SATB2 在多种发育过程中发挥重要作用,其功能缺失与颅面发育缺陷等疾病相关。此外,SATB2 也与结直肠癌的发生有关,能诱导细胞发生恶性转化,形成结直肠癌干细胞,并促进干细胞标志物和转录因子的表达。
