小鼠单克隆IgG1抗体,抗人、食蟹猴IL-2
该小鼠单克隆抗体(克隆 MT8G10)可与人白细胞介素 2(IL-2)发生反应。IL-2 是一种约 16 kDa 的细胞因子,由一个四α-螺旋束组成(Arenas-Ramirez et al.),主要由 CD4+ T 辅助细胞(Th)产生,少量由 CD8+ T 细胞、自然杀伤(NK)细胞和 NK T 细胞产生(Boyman & Sprent)。它与 IL-2 受体 α(IL-2Rα;CD25)结合,再与 IL-2Rꞵ (CD122)和 γc (CD132)亚基复合(Malek & Castro),并引起 JAK1/3、P13K-AKT 和 MAPK 信号通路的激活(Arenas-Ramirez et al.)。IL-2 介导 T 细胞的生长和增殖,促进 CD4+ T 细胞向 Th1 和 Th2 细胞分化,促进 CD8+ T 细胞和 NK 细胞的细胞溶解活性,并驱动 CD4+FOXP3+ 调节性 T 细胞的发育(Liao et al.)。
