UCHT2抗体与CD5反应,CD5是一种~67 kDa的单链I型糖蛋白,是清道夫受体超家族的成员,在胸腺细胞、T细胞、B细胞亚群、外周血树突状细胞和一些白血病和淋巴瘤细胞,包括慢性B淋巴细胞白血病(B- cll)细胞上组成性表达。CD5在胸腺细胞上低水平表达,而在成熟T细胞上高密度表达。假设的配体包括CD5L和CD72。CD5通过其与T细胞受体/CD3复合物和B细胞受体的物理和功能关联,调节T和B细胞受体信号传导、胸腺细胞成熟和T细胞/B细胞相互作用。对CD5敲除小鼠的研究表明,CD5负调控胸腺细胞和成熟T细胞中抗原受体介导的信号传导。UCHT2抗体结合位于CD5细胞外结构域的表位2。
