Magnet for column-free nucleic acid extraction
概述
The 96-Well PCR Microplate Magnet is designed for magnetic bead-based nucleic acid extraction and is compatible with EasySep™ Total Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit (Catalog #100-1079). This magnet has 24 round posts made of neodymium (NdFeB) magnet, generating a magnetic field to attract and separate bound nucleic acids in a 1-sided pellet. The aluminum magnet frame features a step-down edge and fits standard 96-well polymerase chain reaction (PCR) plates. The magnetic orientation is axial with the north poles up.
