Use Axygen® PCR Microplates for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) applications, and other applications such as reverse transcription. The ultra-thin and consistent wall thickness allows precise thermal transfer for optimal PCR results. These RNase/DNase-free, non-pyrogenic, non-sterile microplates are available in 48-, 96-, and 384-well formats and fit in standard 96- or 384-well thermocyclers.
The 48-, 96-, and 384-well PCR microplates can be sealed with Axygen® Sealing Film for Real-Time PCR (qPCR; Catalog #38108) and, the 96-well PCR microplates can also be sealed with Axygen® PCR Strip Caps (Catalog #38095) or Axygen® AxyMats™ 96-Round-Well Sealing Mats for PCR Microplate (Catalog #38107).
